Do you know Swedish dumplings – Kroppkakor? This is a very traditional dish, mostly eaten in the south of Sweden, particularly in Öland, Gotland, Småland and Blekinge. It’s a potato-dumpling filled with onions and pork, served with butter, cream and lingonberry jam. Smitten with illustrated cookbooks, I just love drawing food, vegetables, fruits and anything related… Happy Wednesday!
